    The Sanctuary Choir
The Sanctuary Choir of Northminster leads the congregation in worship at 10:15 a.m. each Sunday morning, September through May. With 50+ members, the Sanctuary Choir is one of our largest volunteer groups at Northminster. In addition to offering music leadership in worship, they also offer seasonal concerts. New singers are always welcome. Rehearsals are on Thursday evenings, 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. in the sanctuary (September-May). For more information, please contact Nancy Ross-Zimmerman, 931-0243 ext. 110

    Northminster Children’s Choirs
The musical element in JAM Club Wednesday afternoons at Northminster are anything but dull! Children in grades K – 6 gather from 4:30 – 6:30 p.m. for choir, D Group and dinner. Rev. Nancy Ross-Zimmerman, a.k.a. “Pastor Nancy”, directs our children’s choirs. The choirs train the children to praise God with through music. Both choirs offer worship instruction, sight-reading/ear training, proper use of their voice, opportunities with Orff instruments and Choir Chimes, making friends, participation in Sunday morning worship and special programs during the year. Please contact Pastor Nancy, 931-0243 ext. 110, for more information.

    Summer Choir Camp
Northminster offers a week-long music theater camp each Summer for students who have completed grades 2 – 8. This year the camp will run from August 6-10 from 9:30 A.M. - 2:30 P.M. The campers learn a musical, paint their sets, make costumes and props and generally have a blast!! This year the children will learn about Elijah. To download a registration form click here. Registration forms are also available at the church.

    Handbells
The Northminster Handbells Choirs are diminishing their peals for the season but are appealing for more members for the new liturgical year. In the fall we will toll away with four bell groups. Each group needs a minimum of eight ringers to make up an ensemble. Please consider ringing for His glory and to lift up God's people and lead them to the throne of God. The Handbell Choir groups are:

    Joyful Tones . . . . . . . . . Tuesdays from 4:30-5:15 P.M.
(Elementary School age with little or no experience)

    The King's Ringers . . . . Tuesdays from 5:30-6:30 P.M.
(Junior-Senior High with little, some, or no experience)

    Minster Ringers . . . . . . .Tuesdays from 7:00-8:30 P.M.
    (Adult and Youth with experience)

    Tintinnabulation . . . . . . .Thursdays from 6:00-6:45 P.M

    Liturgical Arts
We worship God with our whole being, including our senses. Therefore, Worship at Northminster often incorporates various arts, including drama, “light readers”, and paper-cutting; textile and other mediums are also used to visually create “prompts” or images that point us to Christ. For more information, please contact Nancy Ross-Zimmerman or Eric Hauck, 931-0243.
