Valley Interfaith Food and Clothing Center

Description: Valley Interfaith Food & Clothing Center (VIFCC) is the preeminent volunteer organization in the upper Millcreek Valley, dedicated to helping the less fortunate in our thirteen-community area. Since 1963, VIFCC, located in Lockland, has been providing services for individuals who need food, clothing, emergency financial help and other essentials. Northminster has supported VIFCC through the years with volunteers, food and monetary commitment.

How to Serve: Volunteers may serve in a variety of positions, depending upon interests and skills: front desk receptionist, interviewer, donation sorter, pantry worker, data entry and ‘personal shopper.’ Shifts are 10-2 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday; Wednesday 5-7 pm. Valley is located at 420 W. Wyoming Avenue in Lockland.

You may also donate food during special drives held at NmPC and/or participate in the Hunger 5K held in April.
